Ingredients

  • 6 cups shredded cole slaw mix or broccoli slaw

Instructions

  • Place slaw mixture into a large bowl. Toss with 1/3 cup dressing. Taste; adding more dressing as desired. (depending how creamy you like your slaw).
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Notes

Make Ahead and Storage Tips: slaw may be prepared up to 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Toss prior to serving. Leftover slaw should be used within 2 days. Dressing may be made up to 3 days ahead; cover and refrigerate until serving time. Stir dressing before tossing with slaw.
The dressing recipe will make more than you need for this slaw. But no worries! Use the remainder for your salads (such as Summer Tomato Stacks with Herbed Buttermilk Dressing) or try tossing with roasted potatoes.
If you prefer, make your own slaw mixture by shredding cabbage, carrots, broccoli, etc.
