Island Paradise Smoothie
All this smoothie needs is one of those fancy little paper umbrellas! Pretend you’re sipping this refreshing shake down by the beach with a warm island breeze blowing….ahhhhhh!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1/3 cup 100% pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chuncks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 serving vanilla whey protein such as this one
- Ice cubes as desired
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients except ice for 1 minute.
- Add the ice and continue blending for an additional minute or until smooth and creamy.
Notes
To save time, look for 100% frozen fruit with no added sugar such as Dole’s frozen pineapple and mango chunks found in most supermarkets.
