  • Blend the almond milk, almonds, frozen peaches, flax seed oil, (if using) lemon juice, minced ginger and cinnamon together for about 1 minute.
  • Add the protein powder and continue blending for 1 minute.
  • Add the ice and blend for another minute or until the smoothie is thick and creamy.
  • Add the flax seeds or chia seeds and blend for about 10 more seconds.(if using)
