Ingredients: 1 large ripe mango (peeled, cut into slices and chopped); 2 tablespoons chopped red onion; 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapenos (1-2 or green pepper); 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro; Juice of 1/2 lime; 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional); 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; 2 teaspoons ground cumin; 1/2 teaspoon onion powder; 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoon paprika; 1/2 teaspoon chili powder; 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt; 1 1/2 pounds flank steak (about 3/4-inch thick); Olive oil

OMG! Loved the Southwestern Steak. So much flavor, and so easy to make. Served it with Crunchy Quinoa, which was also a big hit! And let's not forget the green beans with the chunky tomato dressing! My family was so happy! Thanks MPM!!
