Even though back-to-school sales have been popping up for weeks with many kids starting well before Labor Day, make no mistake, summer is still with us! In many areas of the country, temperatures continue to soar making getting back into the swing of planning and cooking meals and prepping snacks for the school year seem daunting. But guess what?
