Name: Grilled Mediterranean Turkey Burgers
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 medium onion (chopped); 4 cloves garlic (minced); 2 pounds ground turkey (I don’t recommend using all turkey breast as it’s too dry); 1/2 cup fresh chopped mint; 1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley; 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano; 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled (As feta is salty, resist the urge to add more salt to this recipe.)); 2 large roasted red bell peppers (from jar, rinsed, blotted dry and chopped); 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 6 6-inch whole-wheat pitas; Lettuce leaves; Israeli Salad with Mint ‘n Feta; Tzatziki
